Daniela Calabro Gallagher focuses on business transactional and corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings and the related tax aspects. Daniela has experience representing clients in business planning and general corporate matters across various industries, including healthcare, consumer products, and technology. She also assists in the formation and ongoing governance of tax-exempt and nonprofit organizations. Daniela is also involved in helping individuals and families with their estate planning and administration needs.
Daniela is dedicated to giving back to the community and is actively involved in pro bono work. She uses her tax and corporate knowledge to assist individuals and businesses with their legal needs including business formation and corporate governance. Daniela is also involved in the firm’s Transgender Name Change Project and in assisting Essex County residents expunge their criminal records.
Daniela attended Fordham University School of Law, during which time she participated in the Federal Tax Clinic for Lincoln Square Legal Services, Inc. where she advised low-income individuals on federal and state tax law matters including audits and collection issues. Daniela also spent a summer interning for PwC, where she maintained the firm’s International Tax View database that provided analysis and news regarding foreign countries’ tax laws.
