Jeff Testa spoke with New Project Media about the possibility of Hawaiian Electric filing for bankruptcy, what that process would entail, and how it would impact the utility company’s business going forward. “I think, for any company, bankruptcy is your last option,” he noted. “Although in a situation like this, where you’re obviously going to have thousands and thousands of claims, likely, and potentially billions in liability, you certainly have to weigh that option seriously.”
