In this final session of PCI’s six-part Federal Infrastructure Contracting Series, experienced Government Contracts attorney Cara Wulf provides a comprehensive overview of legal landscape pertaining to domestic preference in federal contracting. Cara starts by explaining the fundamentals of the Buy American Act (BAA) and Trade Agreements Act (TAA), and builds upon that to discuss more sophisticated issues specific to BAA/TAA in the context of DoD construction and infrastructure contracts.
